We sell to professional designers as well as the general public. Note, VAT is included in the sale price.

We use the secure Paypal system for buying goods online.

We can arrange payment and shipping to addresses outside the UK.
POSTAGE AND PACKING. (SHIPPING)
We use Royal mail or a courier company for heavy items. All goods will need to be signed for. See our shipping page for more details.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a no quibble policy on returns. However, we would appreciate it if you would notify us within 7 days after receipt of goods, and return goods to us within 21 days of purchase. Please ensure that the goods are in their original condition. The customer must prepay the cost of return shipping for items, unless they are incorrect or faulty. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for customer returns that are not received. So please use Recorded Delivery.
